Todd M. Gooding
President, Chief Investment Officer, Principal
Before joining SKB in 1996, Mr. Gooding served as Vice President of Acquisitions for G.E. Capital Investment Advisors and Senior Real Estate Analyst with CB Commercial, Inc. (CB Richard Ellis), both in San Francisco. In these capacities, he underwrote over $1 billion of commercial real estate investments for clients such as General Motors retirement funds, CalPERS and the AT&T Master Pension Trust. He started his career as a licensed commercial real estate appraiser in California. He has subsequently personally overseen the acquisition of over $2 billion, and the disposition of over $900 million, of commercial real estate with SKB. Mr. Gooding received his Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from the University of Oregon.

Jay Fetherston
Senior Vice President—Acquisitions and Dispositions
Mr. Fetherston has the distinction of joining SKB twice, having returned in 2007 after contributing to retail development as Vice President of Acquisitions with MBK Northwest. MBK Northwest, a division of Mitsui, specializes in value added retail redevelopment and ground-up development on the West Coast. Prior to joining SKB originally in 2003, Mr. Fetherston served as Director of Acquisitions and Development with National Retail Partners, a CalPERS sponsored advisory firm, where he led the underwriting and acquisition of 63 shopping centers. His responsibilities included redevelopment of shopping centers, and overseeing the leasing of a 6.6 million square foot portfolio, managing the market valuation for 100 properties, directing in-house legal matters and managing outside counsel. Mr. Fetherston started his real estate career in acquisitions with Burnham Pacific Properties as an analyst following two years as a real estate transaction attorney with James, Denecke, Urrutia & Marmaduke P.C. in Portland. Mr. Fetherston received his Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from Boston College’s Carroll School of Management, and his Juris Doctorate from University of Oregon School of Law.

John Strockis
Senior Vice President—Acquisitions and Dispositions
Mr. Strockis joined SKB in 2008 after a 24 year career with CB Richard Ellis and is responsible for sourcing value-added properties in Southern California. Most recently, Mr. Strockis spent 4 ½ years as a Senior Director of Acquisitions for CBRE Investors and was directly responsible for acquiring over $2 billion of office, industrial and retail core, value-add, portfolio, and joint-venture development properties in the Western United States. Prior to joining CBRE Investors, Mr. Strockis was a top producing broker with Coldwell Banker Commercial for 10 years and a Managing Director & Partner for CB Commercial (now CB Richard Ellis) with responsibilities that included brokerage management and oversight of the CBRE Partners Program – managing 30 affiliate offices across the United States. In 2001, Mr. Strockis was selected by CBRE Senior Management to lead change initiatives developed by Bain & Co. As the Program Office Director, Mr. Strockis led a team that included the CIO, Regional Finance Managers, Regional Operations Managers & Director of Corporate Communications and reported monthly progress to CBRE Board of Directors. Mr. Strockis received his Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from University of California-Los Angeles and assisted in creating the Ziman Center for Real Estate at UCLA in 2001.

Christopher Longinetti
Senior Vice President—Acquisitions and Special Projects
Prior to joining SKB in 2008, Mr. Longinetti worked for Pacific Coast Capital Partners, an opportunistic debt and equity provider for real estate in the Western United States. Mr. Longinetti originally joined PCCP in 2002 and was responsible for deal origination and asset management. In May, 2006 he established the Portland office for PCCP and originated over $200 million of equity and debt investment within the first 18 months of operations. Mr. Longinetti brings over nine years of real estate analysis and acquisition experience, having also worked for the City of Berkeley in the Department of Housing where he was responsible for the feasibility study of a proposed $60 million transit-oriented housing development, as well as with a San Francisco-based investment firm where he managed loan and property closing administration for a portfolio of commercial properties. Mr. Longinetti received his Bachelor of Art in Economics from Indiana University in 1992 and his Master of Business Administration from the University of California-Berkeley in 2001.
