Class “A”, “B” and “C” assets in transforming locales where the acquired assets will benefit from public and private investment in the surrounding area. - Redevelopment Opportunities
SKB targets assets with redevelopment potential that can benefit from SKB’s asset management expertise. Upon acquisition, SKB initiates the process of cosmetic and functional upgrades to a property’s function and appearance. - Management Enhancements
